Current owner/partner of McNeely Law Group, P.C., Rochester Hills, MI since 2000 with over 30 years of experience in daily practice involves mostly financial institutions, banks, and workout issues. As managing partner general business and administrative duties are also daily activities. Active representation of clients in small to medium size consumer and commercial workouts for fortune one hundred, regional and small local banks with a focus and expertise in community banking. agricultural lending including documentation and Chapter 7, 11, 13 and family farm Chapter 12 bankruptcies. Numerous receiverships, auctions and liquidations have been managed by me directly during the years since forming McNeely Law Group, P.C. I have been involved in extensive probate litigation, class action litigation multi-party and multi-jurisdictional cases in both state and federal courts. I have successfully argued and won at the Michigan Court of Appeals on two separate occasions. Workout and receiverships have included everything from mom-and-pop party stores to shuttering an open and operating manufacturing facility.

Chris holds a BS from Eastern Michigan University and his J.D. from the University of Detroit. He is a member of numerous organizations including State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, American Arbitration Association, Commercial Law league of America. Chris is a current volunteer mediator for the Oakland Mediation Center. Current board member of International Technology Academy (ITA) Initiatives Foundation. Past Finance Council Member since 2012, Previous Chair and Current Chair 2021-2022, Stewardship Commission Member since 2012, Previous Chair, Building Committee Member 2007-2015, Parish Council Member at SS John and Paul and current St Keiran Catholic Church Member 2022-Present. Also was the Aberdeen Subdivision Association President 2005-2014 and Board of Directors Member 2005-2014.
