Global business leadership experience, including Chief Procurement Officer responsibilities in supply chain, procurement, operations management, total value management, and P&L with cost, and organizational responsibility up to $9 billion and 500+ professionals. He spent over eight (8) years living and working in Europe and China. Charlie has experience and knowledge across multiple industrial sectors including automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial equipment, defense, HVAC, and adjacent sectors. Successful acquisition evaluation and accretive integration of numerous companies from $50 million to $1 billion on annual revenue.
